We’ve partnered with 6WIND to bring customers an optimized solution for deploying access uCPE platforms on the Intel® architecture base, including the Dell Virtual Edge Platform (VEP). Our Ensemble Connector provides an operating system for NFV that implements the NFVI software layer of the ETSI NFV architecture. It simplifies the deployment and management of uCPE and supports changes in applications or hardware.

6WIND added its feature-rich routing technology through its Virtual Service Router (VSR). Integrated with our Ensemble Connector solution, this creates SmartWAN vRouter and offers a way for operators to leverage the full benefits of NFV without a major loss of throughput. And to demonstrate the performance boost our SmartWAN vRouter offers, we asked EANTC to put the solution through its paces.
