Sander is an evangelist for the company’s advanced link monitoring (ALM) fiber monitoring solution. With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, he has a proven track record with service providers worldwide and in bringing new technologies to the market.
He has authored and co-authored more than 20 patents, over 100 refereed papers and conference contributions as well as writing a chapter in the book, High Spectral Density Optical Communication Technologies. Sander has received several awards including the Young Investigator award from the IEEE Photonics Society “for pioneering contributions in optical OFDM for fiber-optic transmission systems”. Sander received his Ph.D. degree with highest honors in electronic engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
