Michael Eiselt

Michael Eiselt is responsible for directing and performing research in optical communications, detailing applications for public funded projects as well as transferring research results into product development. He has 25 years of experience in optical networking technology and has worked on the design, test and evaluation of optical transmission systems. Michael has also been involved in making technical presentations and performing system installations.

Before joining ADVA Optical Networking he worked as a principal technical staff member at AT&T. He has a Ph.D in electronic engineering from the Technical University Berlin as well as degrees in electrical engineering and business economics from the University of Hannover and FernUniversität in Hagen respectively.
